Pre-Anaesthetic Questionnaire

The Pre Anaesthesia Consultation usually takes place in the hospital on the day of the operation. If your condition or type of surgery is complex, your Anaesthetist may wish to have a Consultation with you prior to the surgical admission. This may occur in the hospital, the surgeons rooms or Norwest Anaesthesia rooms.
